Background

International consultant on sustainable agriculture, organic farming, agroforestry with more than 20 years of experience managing agricultural projects, giving agricultural training, and more than 10 years of experience creating organic farms in Africa, Asia, and Europe. Co-founder/technical director of Biophap in Vietnam; co-founder/technical director of urban and rural organic farms in France; co-founder of Cultures d'envol association, training center, and organic cooperative in France; technical advisor in agroecology in Cambodia.

What we work for

Creating Biophap in Vietnam, I want to grow quality herbs and vegetables that regenerate the land for long term production, increase biodiversity using organic agricultural techniques. Caring for the environment and health of workers and local communities, we have regular training in organic agriculture, how to use organic products instead of toxic chemicals against pests and diseases.

Background

I am an engineer in crop science at Tay Nguyen University. I have 3 years experience working directly on a daily basis at BIOPHAP organic farm. I have ability to observe, evaluate plant /crop growth and development, and do the working planning. I have ability to communicate and exchange on work with foreign technicians. I currently the leader of farm technician group at DPE2 farm with an area of ​​14 ha.

What we work for

Every day passing at the farm, with the joys of the plants, I gain a lot of experience in organic farming. I love nature and I love agriculture more, so that is a part of my life.

Working with a whole group of young people, enthusiastic people helped me to be more confident, my soft skills in communication and foreign languages ​​improved. I want to become a 4.0 era farmer who knows how to manage data, manage work.

NGUYỄN THỊ LINH ĐÀI (LINDA)

Background

I graduated as Bachelor of Business Administration - Hoa Sen University. I have 3 years working experience in the field of organization and training on soft skills programs and quality standards. 2 years of experience in the field of organization, implementation planning at an organic agriculture company that meets international standards and is currently responsible for operating offices at BIOPHAP headquarters.

What we work for

Coming to BIOPHAP as a coincidence, but after 3 years of being with BIOPHAP, it changed my person as well as my own thinking in a positive direction. Contributing to building BIOPHAP is also a contribution to building the locality and the country because the goals that BIOPHAP aim to make me feel that my work is much more meaningful than a mere job. BIOPHAP has the mission of imparting a positive lifestyle to everyone. VŨ THỊ LOAN (LILLY)

Background

Bachelor of Law in International Trade from University of Economics and Law, National University of Ho Chi Minh City. 03 years experience in Administration - Human Resources. Able to work with many different "backgrounds".

What we work for

Started working at BIOPHAP since the beginning of 2016, now I have been three years experience. Accompanying BIOPHAP - a startup in organic agriculture, today I feel very proud that I have grown so much, every job is meaningful and makes a contribution. for the community and society. Bachelor of Environmental Biology, Danang Pedagogical University. After graduating, because I wanted to find a new environment to experience, I moved to Ho Chi Minh City to live and work. After two years of accumulating experience as a supplier, I decided it was time to return to where I was born and grow up to find a sustainable path to a career in my major. From 2016 to now, I have worked in the Quality Assurance Department of BIOPHAP and am currently a Quality Assurance Manager. I have certain knowledge of international organic certification (USDA, JAS, AB, Fair for life) and have skills in working with international certification bodies.

What we work for

I'm not particularly good at any fields, but I'm passionate about my choice. Until now, BIOPHAP is still the right choice for me, and maybe the future will still be like that. A business wants to develop sustainably, it is necessary to have a Quality Assurance system not only in terms of processes, products but also people.

Currently, I am an technical staff of processing department of BIOPHAP company.

Coming to BIOPHAP as a coincidence, since after graduation, I worked for many food companies to industrialize, when working at BIOPHAP, all products were handmade and especially BIOPHAP's products are from organic sources. All Biophap products carry the essence and enthusiasm of the creators. And it is for those reasons that make me stick with BIOPHAP. Background

Bachelor of English, majoring in administration at Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages - Informatics. I Used to work as an assistant Tutor at a foreign language center in Ho Chi Minh City. In 2016, after graduating, he returned to Kon Tum to work and was involved in many different fields such as media, information systems, quality management. Currently a Human Resources Officer at BIOPHAP.

Background

I graduated from the University of Da Nang- Finance-Accounting. I have nearly 20 years experience in Finance and Accounting. I have experience and good coordination with colleagues. Currently I'm working as an Accounting Manager at BIOPHAP.

What we work for

I come to BIOPHAP and it is a predestined relationship. Before, when I talked about organic products, I did not know much because I did not have the conditions to learn. Since being with BIOPHAP, I have been like "opening my eyes", understanding and vision of organic products for health benefits. Over a year, not a lot, but initially I was aware of what I should do, choose what products are good for health and good for my family. I hope that in the coming time I will have enough time to learn and learn to grow up with BIOPHAP.

I Graduated from Tay Nguyen University, major in Plant Science. I have 10 years experience working in the local Farmers Association. Ability to adapt to all different working environments, friendly with everyone. I am currently a Supply Manager at BIOPHAP.

What we work for

As a child coming from a farmer, choosing agriculture is the direction for my life, I always want to work in an agricultural company, contributing to building agriculture at home. BIOPHAP has helped me to do that. Not only that, BIOPHAP also helped me realize that farming is not just about planting and harvesting. It's about building a supply chain from the farm to the users.

I am a new member of the BIOPHAP family. I have graduated from Tay Nguyen University, major in Crop Science. I have 1 year experience working as a food chain manager, human resource at a farm in Gia Lai and 2 years experience working directly on the farm daily. I have ability to observe, evaluate the growth and development of plants, plan work and be able to use and maintain some agricultural machinery. I have Ability to communicate and exchange on work with foreign technicians. Currently I am the leader of farm technician group at PHA1 farm with an area of ​​7 hectares.

What we work for

With a passion, desire to experience and learn about organic agriculture, I came to BIOPHAP with the most abundant energy. After a short and not too long time, I understand that organic farming is extremely difficult and only us, the people of BIOPHAP, can stand up to do this. That is probably a great confidence to me.
