Tet is nearly coming. Have you prepared anything to give as gifts or entertain your guests?

🌺If not, Biophap would like to contribute a little bit of red color of the hibiscus so that you can do it yourself.
What can you do with fresh hibiscus? we can soak hibiscus with sugar, dry them to make tea, but the most sincere thing is to make jam for Tet to give all our love to family and friends.

🌺Hibiscus jam is not difficult to make but requires the dedication, meticulousness and ingenuity of the processor. Hibiscus flowers are picked, washed, seeded and drained. Put the petals in a glass jar, 1 layer of petals is 1 layer of sugar, do this until the jar is full, close the lid tightly and let it sit for a few days until the sugar dissolves. Then put the soaked hibiscus into the pan with low heat, wait for the petals to shrivel up. It’s ok if eat and see if the stick is crispy. Then you can bring it as a gift.

🌺Through the skillful hands of you, Biophap hopes that the red color of hibiscus will be present in the kitchen of each house with its characteristic aroma, crispiness, sour and sweet taste. The joy that brings is not only delicious bowls of jam, but the warmest is probably when you and everyone try jam, then laugh, comment loudly, feel the atmosphere of Tet approaching.

🌺To do that, Biophap has 2 types of hibiscus:
☘️Hibiscus with seeds
☘️Hibiscus without seeds

🌺If you make jam, you should choose the seedless type. If you want to make a gift, Biophap will cut flowers and choose the most beautiful flowers to send to you.

👉Hibiscus adapts well to climate & soil conditions in the Central Highlands and Biophap’s organic farming techniques. Hibiscus is intercropped with perennial spice/fruit crops (pepper, lime, orange, pomelo, etc.) and other biodiversity trees, enriching the ecosystem with the multi-layer structure, and creating economic value from multiple products on farms.
👉Seeds: Selected from seeds available from the previous crop: old enough seeds, dark color, firm seeds.
👉Planting time: from the beginning of June and harvested from the end of October to December. This is the main crop and the one with the highest yield.
👉Caring: The soil is carefully dried with enough time. In addition to using rotting manure to fertilize. Farmers provide organic additional nutrients for plants with 2 batches of organic fertilizer to ensure the organic nutrition in hibiscus for your consumption.
